The check-in flexibility, the attentive staff, the helpful recommendations was truly impressive.

A fantastic English bookstore just two blocks away and a grocery store conveniently located 400 meters from the hotel. Nice proximity to good Thai massage spots adds to the appeal.
The noise levels are significant. thin walls let the sounds of rowdy guests infiltrate your space, often creating sleepless nights. I endured disruptions from neighboring rooms partying and slamming doors late into the night, which detracted from an otherwise convenient stay.

The location is fantastic with easy access to public transport and great local dining options.
The bathroom cleanliness left much to be desired, with dusty vents and corners needing attention.

Like it or leave it? here’s my verdict
Location is ideal for downtown adventures staff are not just friendly but genuinely helpful with local insights.
The room was quite cramped and lacked adequate cleanliness which detracted from my overall comfort.

great location but concerning cleanliness
The bed was comfortable! I enjoyed the easy access to nearby grocery stores, which made my stay convenient. The room had a solid air conditioning unit that kept me cool during hot days. It felt safe walking around the area in the evenings, which is a major plus.
I noticed that the cleanliness of certain areas could use improvement.

Perfect Base for Exploring Bangkok's Best!
We had a delightful stay in Sukumvit! The location is excellent for transportation with the Skytrain nearby. The bed was comfy, perfect for a good night's rest. Don’t miss the nearby English bookstore for a cozy reading spot before heading out! Highly recommend this place for an affordable trip.

The location was super convenient for exploring Bangkok. We enjoyed the self-service breakfast, which had various options to suit our family’s tastes. Plus, the staff were accommodating and even welcomed our special needs son's autism support dog.
My wife says that the cleaning could be improved.

the triple room at s30 was a bit cramped for three, but it had a fridge and an electric kettle. the bathroom was clean and decent, while the spacious balcony was a real highlight. located in sukhumvit, you can’t beat the price for what you get. i really enjoyed my stay and it's great value for money.
would recommend.

Free Wi-Fi in public areas was handy. No elevator and steep stairs were tough with luggage.

The AC worked well and I had my own bathroom, but the rat problem outside was alarming and the room was nothing like the online photos.

The Standard Double Room was decent for a solo stay. The AC was cold and the shower worked fine enough. Bed was comfortable, but the bathroom could've used more attention—shower flooded every time. it faced an unappealing view of a wall. Lighting was bright, which was nice. it gave a good vibe for the price, just a few quirks.
